BASTA also maintains the highest levels of technology and integrated communications to comprehensively serve our clients' needs and all tenants in times of crisis.
If you have received a "Summons," "Unlawful Detainer Complaint," or a "Notice of Unlawful Detainer," please call us immediately and make an appointment, so we can file a response to the eviction case. BASTA has established in-office health and safety protocols to protect clients, employees, and visitors. We are still filing Answers to eviction lawsuits to protect your rights.
